Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized, professional, and people-oriented Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and administrative team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting, is passionate about patient service, and can lead with empathy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
The Front Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring a smooth patient flow—from check-in to discharge—while supporting staff performance, optimizing office procedures, and maintaining a positive and professional clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day front office operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Supervise, train, and support front office staff including receptionists and administrative personnel.
- Manage patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and insurance verification processes.
- Monitor and maintain accuracy of patient records and EMR documentation.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism and care.
- Manage office inventory and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
- Track and report key performance metrics related to patient flow and office operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of front office or medical office management experience (healthcare or pain management setting preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and standard office software.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- High attention to detail and commitment to patient satisfaction.
